PUG "Pull-Up Grips"
The best grips to help you get more Pull-Ups and maybe other exercises. These grips need no chalk so don't put any on them and they'll cling on to the bar hard, giving you the strongest hold you'll ever need.
1. Place your hand upright on a flat surface. Be sure that your hands are flat and completely straight.
2. Measure from your wrist to the base of your middle finger.
